He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. Forsythe and Josephine Forsythe (Temperato). He is survived by: his siblings, Ellen McGraw (Dennis), Howard Forsythe (Brenda) and Stephanie Perry (Michael); and his close friend Ryan Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
