With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David W. Calkins of Baldwinsville, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on May 20, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Warren (Kimberly), Tammy VanTassel (Scott) and Todd Calkins; his granddaughter Grace Calkins; and his brother Lloyd Calkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Falardeau Funeral Home (93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027).
