He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Kelly and Hedwig R. Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise; his children, Lisa K. Foss (Richard), John S. Kelly (Kelly Mosher) and Peter W. Kelly (Karen); his grandchildren, Kelly Foss (Max Mutter), Jonathan Foss, Nicholas Kelly (Christine Robinson), Lucas Kelly (Victoria), Daniel Kelly, Matthew Kelly (Sarah Wengert), Michael Kelly and Christine MacKinnon (Kyle); his siblings, Gerald Kelly (Mary), Mary Grimaldi and Donna Laudano (John); Ronan Jack Kelly, Autumn and Rowan Kelly Wengert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to Northern Dutchess Hospital Foundation or Community at Brookmeade Foundation.
