She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Herbert Forth; her children, Suzanne Owen (James) of North Tonawanda, James Forth (Jill) of Lakewood, CO and Kathy Voss (David) of Horton, MI.; her grandchildren, Bradley Owen (Pamela), Lisa Oviatt (Kris), Jesse Forth (Heather), Heidi Gannon (Thomas), Joshua Voss (Ashley) and Jacob Voss; and her siblings, Louise Harrington and Robert Belstadt. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Christian Camp or Tonawanda Free Methodist Church.
