It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Roger LaForme of Barker, New York, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin LaFrome and Elsie LaFrome; his wife Linda LaForme (Klein); his son Duane; and his siblings, Mary, Marlin and Larry LaForme.

He is survived by : his daughter Lynnette DeLacruz (Delfino) of Barker, NY; his siblings, Merle, Doug, Angeline, Michael and Gerald LaForme of Ontario, Canada.; and his grandchildren, Brianna Foster of Barker, Delfino Jr. of Barker and Kendra DeLacruz of Barker.
