She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur P. Downey and Bertha Downey (Hale); her husband Leonard Cipra; her brother Duane Downey; and her grandson Christopher Paul Cipra.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Cipra (Janette) and Dawn Sprague (Gordon); her siblings, Brenda Prince of Byron, Sandy Becker of Rochester, Jaime Downey of Henrietta, Sharon Whithuhn and Larry Downey; and her grandchildren, Rachel Rentz (Matt), Anthony Cipra (Kaitlyn), Dana Cipra (Shelby), Sage Hopkins, Katie Amthor and Jolene Bauer (Joseph). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
