She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Cichocki and Mary Cichocki (Bachorski); her grandchild Stacy Heale; and her sister Anna Pastecki. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Paul Heale; her children, Linda Lewis (Paul) and David Heale (Mary) of Batavia; her grandsons, Bryan Heale and Brandon Lewis (Anna); her great grandchild Ahri; and her siblings, Clara Tuttobene, Frank Cichocki, Henry Cichocki and Edmund Cichocki. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
