He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Meyer and Gladys Meyer (Sick); and his sister Judy Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Meyer (Wheaton) of Batavia; his children, Shane Dann of Binghamton, Janette Cipra (Paul) of Batavia, Tanya Harmon of Batavia, Jessica Hewitt (Joe) of Batavia and Mike Davis of Mt. Morris; and his siblings, George Meyer (Georgia) and Jane Ogas of Washington State. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials in his memory are suggested to the family.
