He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor T. Andrews and Marjorie Francis Andrews; his daughter Carolann K. Andrews; and his brothers, Lee and Donald Andrews.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stephens Andrews; his daughter Stacy Brewer (Aidan) of Ossining; his grandchildren, Arina Brewer and Lonya Brewer; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Andrews of Buffalo, Sharon Andrews of Wallkill and Lynda Stephens of Buffalo; and his cousin Sharon Hensel of Buffalo.
