He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Malone and Margeurite Heaney Malone. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Kelly of Buffalo, Suzanne Stevens (Peter) of Batavia and Maureen of Rochester; and his grandchildren, Anna Grace Stevens and William Paul Stevens of Batavia.
