He is survived by : his children, Robbie, Jennifer Cooper of Clarion, PA, Ricky Cooper of Florida, Gary Cooper and Bonnie Smith of Elmira, NY; his sister Deborah; and his brother-in-law Mike Thomas of Florida. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, step children and extended family.
