She is survived by : her husband Phillip Webb of Bath; her daughter Kimberly Spike-Garner of Bradford, NY; and her sister Clara Vine of Painted Post. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren as well several step- grandchildren and foster grandchildren.
