Slack Sr. of Bath, New York, born in Newburgh, New York, who passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his sister Muriel Kissam. He is survived by : his wife Mary Pavlik; his son William F. Slack Jr.; his daughter-in-law Sharon; his grandchildren, Stacia Dively (David), Erica Slack and Melissa Slack; his great grandchildren, James and Madeline; and his sisters, Ethelyn Clearwater and Eleanor Casasanta. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
