We bid farewell to Megan Waters of Bayport, New York, born in Bay Shore, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 29, 2025 at the age of 52. Megan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Megan leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her children, Madison and Brendan (Rich Lombardi); her former husband's daughter Mia; her parents, Raymond Kopeck and Margaret Kopeck of Bayport; her brother Chris Kopeck (Stacey) of Missouri; and her former husband Dennis Waters (Sandra Ghisays).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Snow RC Church (175 Blue Point Ave, Blue Point, NY 11715). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions made in Megan's memory to The Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn - Hospice Care Network, are appreciated.
