Patricia Anne Swapceinski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Anne Swapceinski of Bergen, New York, born in Rochester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 9, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burke and Lucille Helmbold Burke; and her brother Donald E. Burke (Pat M.). She is survived by: her husband John P. Swapceinski; her children, John M. Swapceinski of Canandaigua, Robert G. Swapceinski (Bernadette Thompson) of Bergen, Amy P. Mercovich (Eric) of Bergen and Jennifer A. Swapceinski of Rochester; her grandchildren, Zachary, Adam, Joshua Swapceinski, Celia, Lily and John Mercovich; her siblings, David Burke (Stephanie) of Bergen, Kathleen Bentley of Rochester and Peggy Ammann (late Jim) of Florida; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Doty (Barbara), Richard Swacen and Martha Swacen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the H. E. Turner & Co. (51 S Lake St, Bergen, NY 14416). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Brigid Church (18 Gibson St, Bergen, NY 14416). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Brigid's Cemetery.
