It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arline Simms (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on June 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Simms; and her son Karl Kruger. She is survived by: her daughter Norma Contestable; her grandchildren, Jessica Swanson (Adam) and Matthew Simms; her brother-in-law Kevin Begeal (Teresa); and also Sam. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephew.
