He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Kolota and Anna Kolota; and his siblings, Gertrude, Cecilia Kolota, Alfred and Edward Kolota.
He is survived by : his wife Katherine; his children, Chester C. Kolota and Ann Marie; his son-in-law Paul Ripic; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Joshua Ripic and Anna Kolota; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Steffie Kolota. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Stan's Cemetery Fund, Mercy House or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
