He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Deborah Battaglia, Peter Battaglia, David Virgilio, Debra Virgilio, Sharon Tuch and Carl Tuch; his brother Thomas Virgilio; and his sisters-in-law, Vivian Virgilio and June Leonard. He is also survived by grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
