It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Degnan (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Ella and Fredrick; his children, Yolanda Hoffman Sr (Dennis), Yovonne Palmatier (Raymond) and Victor Degnan (Murtie); his brother-in-law Grover Monk; and his friend Maryann McLean. He is also survived by grandchildren (his team of nine) Dj, Kyle, Nic, Sean, Ben, Elisha, Kylie, Coty, Tracie, his beautiful 15 great grandchildren.
