She was predeceased by: her father Daniel H. Smith; her daughter Kari J. Salisbury; her sister Debra A. Swartwood; and her niece Darcy A. Swartwood. She is survived by: her daughter Danielle A. Salisbury; her mother Charlene Jacques; and her siblings, Michael Smith, Karen Wheaton, Sandra Smith and Patricia Giovannone. She is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
