She was predeceased by: her parent LeRoy Clark; and her husband Judson Lewis. She is survived by: her parent Gladys Deats Clark; her siblings, Betty Dodgson and Amos Clark; her grandson Scott (Paul); her daughter Phyllis (William Heinz); her granddaughter Lisa; her siblings, Helen Clark Silfee, Merle Clark and Robert Clark; and also, Vestal and Scott Twp.
