She was predeceased by: her husband Byron (Barney); her parents, Elizabeth Hawley and James Hawley; her brothers, Jim and Ed Hawley; her in-laws, Kathryn and Lawrence Giblin; and her siblings-in-law, Marion Hickey, Barbara Hawley, Joe Hickey and Monsignor Lawrence Giblin.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnne Giblin Dan Giblin (Ron Schiesser) and Marty Giblin (Laura); her grandchildren, Colleen, Mike, Greg and Abby; and her cousin Eddie Giblin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church (1 Aquinas St, Binghamton, NY 13905). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the St. Augustine's Cemetery.
