He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom O'Hara and Julia O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Roseanne O'Hara; his children, Kelley O'Hara, Robert and Patrick; his daughters-in-law, Jennifer O'Hara and Nicole Aime; his grandchildren, Ian Patrick O'Hara, Hogan Patrick O'Hara, Kalyn Aime O'Hara and Braden Patrick O'Hara; and his siblings, Mary O'Hara, Thomas O'Hara, Gerald O'Hara, James O'Hara, Edward O'Hara, Joseph O'Hara and Julia O'Hara Murphy.
