He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Ethel Perkins (Hamblin). He is survived by: his children, Mark Perkins (Debra) of Endicott, NY and Cynthia Lucas of New Freedom, PA; his grandchildren, Jennifer Perkins, Brent Perkins and Brittany Perkins; and his sister-in-law Nancy Perkins of Saratoga, NY. He is also survived by Dad and Grandpa, and a devoted son and brother.
Roland (Ron) Perkins, 82, a resident of Gino Merli Veterans' Center, Scranton, PA, passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Friday, April 6, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
