He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Locke and Ida Locke; his sister Louella Lisi; and his brothers-in-law, Fran Lisi and James Stevens.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tammy Smith (Wes) and David Locke; his sister Shirley Stevens; and his siblings-in-law, Leeann Crompton (Roger), Norma Warne and Timothy Holt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
