Carol Duggan Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Duggan (Blasdell, New York), who passed away on February 5, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Weigel and Dorothy Weigel; and her brother Gary Weigel. She is survived by: her husband Timothy P. Duggan; her sons, Michael Duggan and Matthew Duggan (Jessica); her grandchildren, Gavin Patrick, Keegan Donald, Lacy Rose and Finnegan Timothy Duggan; her siblings, James Weigel (Patricia), Joanne Courtney (Kerry), Eric Weigel (Nadine), Doreen Cole (Wayne) and Anne Ingoldsby (John); and her siblings-in-law, Richard Duggan (Frances), Brian Duggan (Sandy) and Cindy Logsdon (Jeff). She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews and 32 great-nieces and great-nephews.
