With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eric Vincent Jablonski of Blasdell, New York, who passed away on August 1, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Eric Vincent is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Eric Vincent's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Jablonski. He is survived by: his mother Helen Jablonski; his children, Joscelyn Ferguson, Tayler Fast Jablonski (CJ), Aiden Jablonski, Christian Gagnon and Justin Gagnon; and his grandson Caden Gagnon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial Hamburg Chapel (4199 Lake Shore Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
