He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Fantaske; and his siblings, Paul Fantaske (late Betty), Loretta Jordan (John) and Joseph Fantaske. He is survived by: his children, Regina Kennedy (George), Michael Fantaske (Edie), Nancy Gallagher (Michael) and Amy Fantaske Fantaske (Sue). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John J. Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. - Blasdell (3450 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY 14219). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial Cemetery (4810 Camp Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
