We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2020, at the age of 75, Teresa O'Sullivan (Blauvelt, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Denis Cullinan and Imelda Cullinan; and her brother Patrick. She is survived by : her husband Jim O'Sullivan; her children, Sharon Leary (Rich), James, Joseph (Maureen) and Kristen McGrory (P. J.); and her sisters, Maureen, Bridget, Imelda, Chrissy and Anne. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren.
