With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles A. Phillips of Bloomington, New York, born in Lyndonville, Vermont, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Marie Phillips and John Phillips; and his brother Richard Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Cora; his children, George (Cheryle) of Fredericksburg, VA, Victoria Smith (David) of Denton, TX and Brian (Colleen) of Bloomington, NY; his grandchildren, Richard, Curtis, Michael, Ronald, John, Daniel, Amber, Cody and Katie; and his siblings, Virginia Phillips, Marian Szarejko, Pauline Rusciano, Lorraine Tucci, Mark Phillips and Thomas Phillips. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
