She is survived by : her husband Chris Perkins Bolivar; her children, Rebecca Moore Bolivar (Ryan) and Michael Perkins Bolivar; her mother Irene Miller Bolivar; her grandchildren, Bradey, Ryleigh, Adam, Angel, Mikayla, Dylan, David and Dalton; her stepgrandchildren, Sierra, Elizabeth and Kaycee; and her siblings, Rhonda Slocum Bolivar, Charlene DiBartolo Bolivar (Jim), Sonya Ellis Bolivar (Norman), Susan Miller Bolivar and Lawrence Miller Bolivar.
