It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard P. Helmer P. E. (Boonville, New York), who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard P. Helmer Sr. and Bessie Francisco Helmer. He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Sebastian Walker; his wife Vilda Thornton Youngs; his children, Jill Goettel of Tarpon Springs, FL, Laurie Connell (Don) and Philip M. Helmer; his grandchildren, Joanne Zucker (John), Douglas Erwin (Robin), Kevin Erwin, Jeremy DeMar (Heather), Jennifer DeMar, Cody Helmer, Liberty Helmer and Patrick Flaugher; his stepchildren, Wayne Youngs (Kay), Linda Herkimer (James), Kyle Youngs (Deborah) and EJ Youngs (Denise); his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Youngs (Jennifer), Jason Youngs, Aaron, Benjamin Worden, Tyler Worden (Laurie), Corey Youngs, Laura Wilson, Jeremy Youngs (Shawna) and Adam Youngs; and his children, Keith Fagan, Diane Afflec, Sara Fagan and Brant Fagan. He is also survived by eighteen step great grandchildren and one step great, great granddaughter.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic services will be held at a later date to be announced.
