She is survived by: her husband Wilbur E. Smith (Butch); her sons, Robert E. Smith (Melissa) and William A. Smith (Pamela); her grandson Brian Smith (Hulda); her great grandchildren, Colin of Colorado Springs, CO, Aidan of Colorado Springs, CO and Lauren of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandson Matthew (Kristina); and her great grandchildren, Dylan of Doylestown, PA, Maya of Doylestown, PA, Casey of Doylestown, PA and Isaiah Smith (Erin).
