She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Owens and Katherine Werczynski Owens; her brothers, John and Myron Owens; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Kellogg, Cynthia Zeigler and Sharon Schoff.
She is survived by: her husband Jerome "Jerry" Bourgeois of Joseph's Church; her siblings, Karl Owens of Boonville and Theresa Owens (Jim Burns) of Boonville; her nephew Erik Owens of Florida; and her brother-in-law Lawrence Bourgeois of West Branch.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mills Funeral Home (301 Post St, Boonville, NY 13309). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ Our Hope (St. Joseph's) (108 Charles St, Boonville, NY 13309). A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:30 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery.
