Kazek of Boonville, New York, born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shepard and Evelyn Bunce Shepard; and her sisters, Ruth, Catherine and Julie Shepard.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Kazek; her children, Timothy Kazek (Heather) of Canton, Robert Kazek (Tonya) of Boonville, Catherine Rookey (Jonathan) of Port Leyden and Sharon Rowsam (Rodney) of Boonville; her grandchildren, Tori Kazek (Chris), Wanona Measheaw (Adam), Alexandir Kazek, Cody Kazek (Alia), Cameron Kazek (Kayla), Dakota Rookey, Dustin Rookey (Catherine), Madison Rookey, Devin Rowsam (Casey) and Jordan Rowsam; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Lillianna, Aurora, Ember and Lilly; her brothers, Richard Shepard (Cathy) and David Shepard (Deana); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Kohl (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and cousins.
