He is survived by : his spouse Nancy Guzda; his children, Jeffrey (Kathleen), Jennifer Wiltsie (Ryan) and Michael Guzda III (Rachel Castricone); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Meghan and Jacob; his great grandchild Andre; his parent Florence Guzda; his sibling Jane Mieth; his parent-in-law Jean Tomilo; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Gritzke (Ralph), Virginia Newman (Larry), Thomas Tomilo (Denise) and Alan Tomilo (Mary Beth). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
