He was predeceased by: his brothers, Walter and Stanley Zombek. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lawrence; his sister Ellen Zombek (Gary Ferdon); and his nephews, Clifford (Rene), Gilbert (Jaime), Matthew Ferdon (Shemeka), Rudolph S. Zombek, Garrison, Mackenzie, Weston and Sienna Ferdon.
The family would be most appreciative of any donations in his honor to the United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island, or the Alzheimer's Association.
