With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Karen Levanway in Brentwood, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Karen left this world on July 8, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Balbi and Lillian Balbi; and her brother James Balbi. She is survived by: her husband Albert Levanway; her children, Russell Levanway (Sheila), Elias Levanway (Wendy), Lucas Levanway (Brooke), Jared Levanway (Katelen), Ethan Levanway and Alissa Lawson (Tanis); her grandchildren, Adalaide, Alayna, Audrey, Aviah, Jadon, Josiah, Lena, Selah, Xander and Zoya; and her siblings, Joseph Balbi, Peter Balbi (Loretta) and Lauren Balbi.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Agape Church (950 Laureate Ln, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405).
