With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Salvador Cheda of Briarwood, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Leosilda Cheda; his children, Ana Alfaro (Jose), Maria Favale (Anthony), Isabel Freeland, Josephine Cheda and Salvador Jr.; his grandchildren, Lisette, Leslie, Michael, Melissa, Isaac, Melanie and Trey; and his great grandchildren, David, Dylan, Derek, Colin, Mathew, Aurelia, Declan, Penelope and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (192-15 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Of The Cenacle (136-06 87 Ave, Richmond Hill, NY 11418).
