He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Higgins Bowman and Neil Bowman; and his brothers, Lynn and Neil. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Coon Bowman; his children, Keith Bowman, Erica Drum and Tiffany Tobin; and his grandchildren, Liam, Logan Tobin and Rhiannon Drum.
