He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceaser Hall, Sr. and Mary Lee Ross; and his siblings, Mattie Irby, Ovetta Smith and John Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Dilcy Mae Lewis; his daughter Germaine Hall (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jonah and Jourdyn; and his siblings, Cora Walker, James Hall (Roslyn), Gloria Marsh, Betty Hall, Terry Hall (Cheryl) and Libby Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
