We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Christine L. Ross of Brooklyn, New York, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. Donald J. Ross, Sr. of Brooklyn, N. Y; her parents, Genevieve Moran Laforet and Henry Joseph Laforet; her brothers, Dr. Eugene Laforet and Justin Laforet; and her sister-in-law Margaret Wade.
She is survived by : her children, Edmund C. Ross, Deacon Donald J. Ross, Jr. (Arlene) and Christine Ross Earls (Richard) of Fairfield; her grandchildren, Julie, William Earls, Mary Kate, Mark, Daniel and John Ross; and her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Andrew, Michaela, Jared and Landyn Ross. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
The Jesuits at Fairfield University and the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Vincent's worked out both of their teaching schedules so that one of them could be home with the children while the other taught.
