It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darcy King of Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry King and Rita Harewood. He is survived by: his wife Marvene King; his children, Stacey, Andre Austin (Canada) and Dave Cox (Barbados); his brother Percival Barrow (UK); his aunt Vera Burgess (Barbados); his nieces and nephews, Syleta Lynch, Juanita Jackman, Monique Brathwaite, Angela Blades, Sabrina Boyce, Christine Miller (New York), Darcy Harewood, Kevin Harewood (Barbados), Dr. Gabriel Harewood (Canada) and Patrick Harewood (Georgia); and his cousins, Patrick Harewood, Gene Burgess (Canada), Anton Lovell, Adrian Lovell and Antoinette Harewood (Barbados). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and great friends.
