She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary Tucker and Philip Tucker; her husband John F. O'Hara, Sr.; her son John, Jr.; her aunt Marge; and her siblings, Elaine Galgano, Edward and Donald Tucker.
She is survived by : her children, Michael J. (Ann Marie), Peter J. (Madorie), Patricia E. Rok (Walter), Mary Anne and James T. (Jane); her daughter-in-law Paula O'Hara (Joel); and her brother Bill Tucker (Dolores). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandsons.
