He was predeceased by: his grandfather Pumpa; and his parents, Earl Campbell and Thelma Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Ottenburg; and his pet Mabal. He is also survived by his wife, all of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
