She was predeceased by: her spouse Herminio Ortiz, Sr.; her child Carmen M. Perez; and her parent Bartolo Figueroa. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ortiz and Herminio Ortiz, Jr.; her parent Isolina Figueroa; her daughter Nidia Diaz; and also Buffalo. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
