She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey R.; her brothers, Chester (Linda) and Anthony P., Sr. (Susan) of Niagara Falls; her brother-in-law David Stoll; and her siblings' children, Bryan (Allison), Andrew (Kelly), Matthew, Anthony, Adam Sliwowski (Kristi), Amy Dickson (Jim) and Julie Barker (Paul).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bernie's memory to Erie or Niagara SPCA.
