With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward T. Lavelle Jr. (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Edward may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Lavelle; his children, Megan Pawelek (Steven), Shannon Carter (Jeffrey), Lilah Pawelek, Maximus and Alexis Carter; and his siblings, Thomas Lavelle (Connie Bolin) and Patricia Besancon. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
