She was predeceased by: her spouse Anthony Perdicas; her child Anthony G. Perdicas; and her parent Anthony Caras. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Andrews (Anthony), Anastasia Rossiter (Michael), Athena Susan Schiller (Henry), Ernest Perdicas (Nancy), Daniel Rossiter, Alyssa Mast (Jacob) and Nicholas Andrews (Christine); and her parent Genevieve Caras. She is also survived by three sisters; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Effie's name may be made to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Family Life Center.
