He is survived by: his spouse Judy Busalachi; his children, Mark Busalachi (Nancy), John Busalachi and Joe Busalachi; his grandchildren, Alicia, Holly and Carly; his great grandchildren, Kylee, Tyler and Xander; and his siblings, Josephine Balestrieri (late Salvatore) and Catherine Tornabene (late Dominic). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
